It’s an exciting time at CDS. In the past year, we’ve expanded our business with the acquisition of SimpleUsability, moved into our amazing new head office at Canal Wharf in Leeds and recently announced a further £3m investment in launching our new Behavioural Insight division.

We believe that our work should make a positive difference in society and we’re looking for talented Account Managers, UX designers, researchers, developers and more to help us deliver impactful change for our clients and the people they serve.

So why is CDS a great place to work?

The benefits

On top of a competitive salary, the benefits you will enjoy include our Cycle to Work scheme, health services such as MediCash, wellbeing initiatives and access to our dedicated Employee Assistance programme.

Our beautiful new HQ

We have invested in a fantastic new HQ, Riverside House, along the canal next to Leeds train station, near some of the best bars and restaurants in Leeds – our own Shoreditch area. Facilities include showers, secure bike racks, an outside decking area, an amazing work environment with a ‘town hall’, and numerous breakout and meeting areas. The design is cutting-edge, built around our requirements as an agency – and the staff swear our coffee machine delivers the best cuppa in town.

Learning and personal development

We’ve invested heavily in LinkedIn Learning and we have our very own Academy to help you achieve professional qualifications. CDS’ leadership team are committed to personal development programmes including coaching, promoting diversity and inclusion and supporting your career progression through the agency.

Flexible working

We empower our staff to do what’s needed and provide a flexible work/life balance to accommodate the multitude of things we need to manage in our personal lives.

Working together

Many of our teams have daily ‘standup’ meetings. We have monthly meetings, and ‘Final Fridays’, where the whole company comes together for an overview of everything that is happening across the business.

We regularly have inspirational guest speakers. Over the last 12 months, we’ve had broadcaster and adventurer Ben Fogle, magician Fergus Flannagan, adventurers The Tempest Two and Bonita Norris – the world's youngest person to climb Everest and reach the North Pole and most recently Eddie the Eagle
