CDS named as supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS)RM6190 Technology Services 4 framework

CDS has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) RM6190 Technology Services 4 framework, under Lot 5 and Lot 5a for Application and Data Management.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

This marks CDS's first appointment to the new Technology Services 4 framework, a significant milestone that reflects our growing commitment to supporting digital transformation across the UK public sector.

Public sector organisations can now access CDS through a fully compliant procurement route, enabling you to commission application and data services with confidence - whether delivering targeted digital initiatives or managing large-scale transformation programmes.

Supporting digital transformation where it matters most

Through Lot 5 and Lot 5a, CDS works alongside public sector teams to:

    • Replace and transform legacy applications that hold back service delivery
    • Design and build secure, resilient digital services that meet GDS standards
    • Improve the performance, stability and security of live systems
    • Modernise data platforms to enable better decision-making and improved outcomes for citizens

We bring proven experience in digital delivery, software development and application modernisation. We’re always working in partnership with your teams to deliver services that are reliable, secure and designed around the needs of the citizens you serve.

What this means for you

Our appointment to Technology Services 4 provides a faster, more flexible route for central government departments, arm's length bodies and public sector organisations to access specialist expertise while maintaining  full procurement compliance.

As Matt Johnson, Head of UK Public Sector Sales at CDS, explains:

"Our appointment to the Technology Services 4 frame work reflects CDS's proven capability in application and software delivery. It reinforces our commitment to helping public sector organisations modernise legacy technology and deliver the secure, citizen-centred digital services that communities depend on."

CDS is listed on Lot 5 and Lot 5a – Application and Data Management.
